I usually take photos with a second photographer who also assists me with lighting at the party. But I have done more than 50 weddings and I only allow me absolute freedom. The answer is that we go one or two depending on your preferences, number of guests etc.

I work by event, not by hours, if your wedding has special requirements I will adapt without problems. What I usually do is start with the groom's preparations going through the bride's preparations, ceremony, celebration, and I stay about an hour of dancing, or until I have captured the essence of the party!
